In eighth grade my parents enrolled me in a Christian school against my wishes (they wore very embarrassing uniforms). However, there my passion for Christian education began. I graduated from Christian Fellowship Academy in Paris, Texas. I went to PJC for a couple of years, and then transferred to Liberty University, a notable Baptist university. Because of my experiences with both public and private schools, I knew I wanted my children in Christian education where they could learn with a godly perspective.
In 1998 I received a Bachelor of Science in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Liberty University. In 2011 I received my teaching certificate from TAMU-Commerce and immediately began teaching here at Trinity. Also, I have the privilege of coaching volleyball for the TCA Lady Warriors.
I am married to my high school sweetheart. We have four children who all attend Trinity Christian Academy. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing volleyball, and playing the piano.
