Tena Segleski

I am excited and thankful to be a part of the Trinity Christian Academy family.  I enjoy working in the TCA office where I assist with various office duties.

In 2007, my husband and I retired from Dripping Springs High School where I was the principal's secretary.  For thirty five years I supported my husband as he coached high school football and track.  After retiring, we moved from Austin to this area to be closer to our sons and their families.

We spent our first year of retirement traveling.  In 2008 we began substitute teaching at Trinity, which led to both of us working here full time.  My husband Mike Segleski teaches 7-12th grade Social Studies.

We have two sons:  Mike Jr. and his wife Melissa who are both educators and Matt, an air traffic controller at DFW, and his wife Rikki.  We have five awesome grandchildren Kaylah, Krisjon, Kasie, Kaden, and Kenzie.

We are active members of Bounds Baptist Church where I serve as Treasurer, Sunday School teacher, and Director of Women on Mission.

I enjoy spending time working in my flower garden, working on scrapbooks, traveling with my husband, watching the Texas Longhorns, and  being with my family.  I believe that each day is a gift from God and I feel blessed to spend time in the Christian environment that is offered here at Trinity.
